Teething and runningn nose

The boys went to the dr. last week for 1 yo appointment. They were fine. Jacob and Noah are both chewing and drooling more than normal so, I am assuming that teething has begun again.

Jacob also has a runny nose. Did your little ones ever have runny noses with the teething process? Especially the "molars"?

He does not have fever but, has been generally cranky, moody, chewing or gumming anything in the sides of his mouth he can get back there.

 

Mine get a clear, runny nose every time. EVERY time.

 

Yes yes yes. I believe so anyway. My girls had runny noses when their first teeth were coming in and then other teeth came in with no runny nose. Well, my dd Lorien is teething with some molar teeth that are going to break through any day now and her nose is running like crazy. So, IMO I say that they are totally related but don't quote me on it as I'm by no means a doctor (but I did stay in a Holiday Inn last night )

 

Yep, they have a runny nose EVERY time!

 

We have runny noses most of the time with teething. Molars are awful coming in.

 

My girls have teethed twice and both times, they got a runny nose, this was the only time they have ever been "sick". They are now cutting teeth again, they are finishing up their front teeth (canines) and Alivea has her first molar! So far no runny nose but they are both super cranky!!!!

Same here too, they also get pretty loose stools and sometimes a diaper rash. Both ends in pain...poor kids.
