Our twins are just about 10 months old (9 months adjusted). Our DS has 5 teeth but our DD has none! She is developing great but the no teeth thing has me a bit worried. Out ped said he doesn't worry until 16 or so months but when did your babies get their teeth?

My son got his first tooth at 6 months and my DD was 8-9 months. For a couple months there, the nicknames were Two Teeth and Gums.

One of my good friends, her oldest and youngest daughters did not start getting teeth until they were 12 months old.

Mine are almost 11 months and ds has 4 top 2 bottom and dd has 3 top 2 bottom. However I had a friend who's dd didn't get her 1st tooth until 13 months. there is such a huge range for teeth.

Our boys both got their first tooth around 6 months, and each had 8 by 8.5 months. That was a rough 2 months, to say the least!! But I have a couple of friends whose kids didn't get their first tooth until after a year old. Their pedi said not to worry until more like 15-16 months, just like yours said.

My girls got theirs at six months (two at a time, exact same teeth on both of them). My MIL says that Paul didn't get his until he was 13 months, though. I think it's one more of those "every baby is different" things. I have a friend whose 12mo old has ALL of her teeth! She looks like a little adult! ;)

No teeth for our babies yet, they are 8 months and a week. I didn't realize it's a reason to worry... is it??? They seem fine, I think some babies get their teeth later than others.

Mine have been drooling like crazy since 4 months and the Dr. said they both had ridges. Now they are drooling even more, acting painful, hand in the mouth each has had a fever once and I can see the white in the gums. I wish they would just break through already we go through about 4 bibs a day for DS!

S1 got his teeth at 6 months and S2 got his teeth at 7 months.
Same with my two other girls.

Mine got first sets at 5.5 and 6 months. Don't worry. If they get their teeth later, it's actually Better than sooner. The roots are stronger and healthier.plus at least u don't have to brush their teeth after meals yet :)

My twins are 11 mos and DS 1 does not have a single tooth in his gummy little mouth while DS 2 has SEVEN teeth! It's just another easy way to tell them apart :good:

My twins are 9 months and between the both of them they have 1/2 of a tooth (one JUST sprouted one 2 deays ago). The doctor said its completely normal. =)

Yup. Completely normal. I want to say Anthony got his first tooth at 7 months, and Nicholas a few months later. Just like the order in which the teeth come in can vary, so can the age. When they have their first dentist appointment(my boys were three), they will count to see if they are all there. :)

Derek got his first one at 10 months and Tyler was 13 months. Totally late teethers.

My boys are 9 1/2 months too, and have no teeth. They have been drooling and "teething" for 4 months!

The first round of teething took FOR.EVER. at our house. I think they started showing signs around 5 months and didn't actually get their teeth until they were 8 months. I know that some of their little pals didn't get their teeth until really late, one was over a year before his first teeth showed up and then he got a bunch at once. At least you get to delay the joys of toothbrushes for now!

Mine were 13 months before they got teeth. DD got 6 in a pretty short time, but DS still only had his bottom 2 at 18 months. I wondered if he'd ever get teeth. Then they came in in a very random order. His incisors were the next teeth to come in after his bottom two. I really thought he may be missing some, but now he has them all!
