I REALLY need to go to the grocery store today - but my tailbone is KILLING me! Is that something I should be concerned about enough to call the doctor? If not, what can help relieve this pain?

I had tailbone pain with all of my pregnancies. Sitting, especially on un-cushioned seats, really made it hurt. :hug99:

I've heard this is really normal as well-it could be the way one of the babies is positioned...I am not sure what can relieve the pain-maybe you should call the dr to see what you can do?

I haven't had much trouble with tailbone pain, but to help with pelvic pain, my PT suggested using a small pillow behind my back when I'm sitting. Maybe you could use a squishy one that you could have half behind you, and half under you?

Thanks for the help, ladies! It suddenly stopped! It must have been the way the babies were positioned... it was so sudden! I made it to Winn Dixie, though. Yay me!
