symptoms so FAST!?

[SIZE=12pt]When I was pregnant with the twins, I didn't really feel any changes in my body for 3-4 months!! Now I'm just 5 or 6 weeks pregnant and I am feeling EVERYTHING! My face has broken out big time, I'm crampy, my breasts hurt, my back aches already, my feet are swollen!!! How can this happen so fast?

Sometimes I feel like my body is tricking me and I'm going to have the worst period of my life. But, all of my tests 2 home tests, 1 blood test say that I'm very much pregnant!

Did all of you feel everything so quickly your second time around?

Oh yeah...and the pregnant BRAIN syndrome! I can't think! I can't make decisions! I also drove our new mini van into a pole this afternoon! Where is my head??

My sypmtoms kicked into high gear at almost 6 week, and then they hit hard and fast!! I think with our second pregnancy we know what to expect and whats going on so we are more aware of the symptoms also. Im not saying the symptoms aren't real, I just dont think I paid as much attention before!

 

Oh yes and I blossomed quite quickly. I was a fairly small girl and when I am pregnant I look OH SO PREGNANT, just my belly grows but boy do I look like I am always carrying more than 1.

 

Oh yeah...I took my first test at 5 weeks this time because it was so clear to me by my symtoms that I was pg...and wait til you start showing!!! If one more person tells me how "huge" or says "are you sure there's just one in there? "I am I may strike them!!!!!

 

I started with morning sickness before testing...the whole reason I tested(DH said "what are you pregnant" to which I responded, "no...never had it with the boys, plus I'm on the pill"). Plus I noticed a couple of days before testing that I looked "wide" in my belly area. I thought maybe I'm just getting fat...DH even noticed. Needless to say, I've had morning sickness big time this time around, I'm already looking like I'm 3-4 months, my breasts hurt, etc.

I agree with pp that said we're more aware the second time around (of course, I didn't have the morning sickness last time...hoping it's a sign of a girl). Anyway, even now I feel like I'm gonna get af any minute but from my tests and 3 u/s, I'm still pregnant.

I'm wondering if I'll feel the baby move earlier this time...felt the boys around 16 weeks. Just have to wait and see, but I totally understand how you feel and I honestly believe that we do feel things and change earlier the second time around. You're body's done it once so it knows how to do it again faster. KWIM.

 

Mine came on quickly also. The day before I finally got a BFP, I was already nauseous, my boobs were sore and getting bigger, those glands on my breasts were swollen, my fasce was breaking out and I was havnig heartburn. By 8 weeks, my boobs had gone up 2 cup sizes!

 

i am the same way. im only 6 wks n i knew i was een before i missed my P . eery thing hurts lol n i am haing real bad cramps all so. its scaring me. but i go 2 doc on the 9th

 

Me, too! Everything much earlier - even more so than with my first singleton! I was in maternity clothes at 12 weeks! LOL!
