Swimming!

Last week when it was so hot (grr), we bought some floats and decided to introduce the babies to pool. They did pretty good with it, just looked around and relaxed. We had a lot of fun taking them in there for about 30 minutes, it was too hot to keep them in there for longer.

those are adorable! was the water cold for them? i put mine in our baby pool, and they cried at first cuz the water was cold. maybe cuz hose water comes out colder, and pool water sits out, so the sun warms it? i have no idea...

The water was warm but you are right, the water that sits in the pool is warmer because of the sun. Fresh out of the hose, not so comfy. Their baby pool just came in the mail yesterday, so we are also going to try that out too. I will be curious to see how they like the little pool!

 

How precious! Mine just went in our pool for the first time yesterday, the pool was 83, and they seemed to like it. Or I should say they didn't complain Love the sunglasses, I think I need those--where did you get them?? My poor little ones were squinting even with their hats on.

Jenanne- We got the glasses at Babies R Us, they had a set with glasses and sunscreen (I believe the brand is Baby Blanket, it was a pink box though).

Tamaras-I will get pics of the floats for you, we got them at Babies R Us too.
