Swelling

    Well, I hope this is not too bad of a sign. My hands are so swollen that I had to pry my rings off with soap today. My feet hurt. I need to check my bp but I am afraid to. Any suggestions?

    Im sorry. I would take it easy as much as possible and drink LOTS AND LOTS of water. I would have my BP checked just to ease your mind. Hope it just a normal pregnancy thing.

    Drink TONS of water and stay away from food with lots of salt. Can't you check your own BP?

    My bp last night was 138/75 so not horrible. I am still swelled today though.

    Becky, It is hard to get the cuff on yourself and listen and pump up the cuff with one hand. I have done it but I don't think I was very accurate.
