Swelling

It's been about a month since I delivered and my fingers are still swollen to the point that I still can't wear my wedding ring. How long before you were able to wear yours? I had to stop wearing them about three months ago and I miss them!!!!!!!!!!!! :-(

 

I was the same way, I couldn't wait to put them back on. I started wearing mine again about a month later.

 

I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO WEAR MY RINGS SINCE ABOUT MONTH 3 OF BEING PREGO AND KNOW I WONT WERE THEM FOR A WHILE AFTERWARD ;-(

 

Just wanted to bump this and see if anyone else had this problem!

 

I have had this problem also. I had to quit about half way through my pregnancy and my girls a 6 months old and I still can't get it on my finger, but I am the size now as I was before I got pregnant.

I coudl wear mine again at 2 months or so. I was in the same boat, I had to take them off at about 6 months into my pregnancy so I missed them!

I've lost so much weight now (i credit the breastfeeding) they are way too big for me! What a difference!

 

With my first it took almost a year, but that's probably because I gained almost 70 lbs and didn't exercise afterward. This time I only gained 42 lbs and didn't swell nearly as much. I'm only 8 weeks post partum but I've almost gotten there. I normally always wear my wedding ring and a right hand ring. I feel so funny going this long without them.

 

couldn't wear them from 3 months on. never fit again until i had them resized around 9 months after delivery.

 

I can't wear mine either

So my DH went out and bought me a beautiful ring in my current size. It has the babies birth stones and my birth stone, and is as pretty as my engagement ring. We'll just have it sized down once my fingers go back to normal.

 

I still can't wear mine ... or shoes. Totally stinks!
