Support effectiveness

    On some platforms with support, it's just a problem — they take a long time to respond or ignore it altogether. Is there a chance to immediately identify where support is really helping?

    Support is a separate topic. I have come across that in some places they do not respond for several days. But on Msport, everything is different: I wrote a couple of times - they always reacted quickly, everything was on the case. It's clear that people are really working there, not just bots. And it feels like you're not alone, but someone is watching you and helping you if anything.

    Hey everyone!

    I recently had to set up a small network at home and was surprised by how many different types of ethernet ethernet cable there are out there — Cat5e, Cat6, shielded, unshielded... it got overwhelming fast.
