SuperYard

What age did you stop using your SuperYard? We have the SuperYard with extension and I'm trying to decide if I should sell it or not. I haven't used it at all with Livi. With 5 kids here all day long, ther ejust isn't room to have a huge square "prison" set up in my house...plus, she would be mad in it anyway. The only time I can think it might get used is outside this summer so I don't have to run after her (the other kids are old enough to know to stay in the backyard. But, come summer, she'll be walking and getting around, so I'm thinking she will hate being contained.

So, sell it or not?

 

We quit using ours at about 15 months. DH went away for a week, and I did use it while he was gone, but the kids hated it. As soon as he got back we took it down.

 

I sold most of mine. But I kept 4 panels to make 1 smallish square. We use it for a time out zone. They hate it, but they are going to hate any TO zone. I'll probably sell those 4 panels soon.

 

We only used ours to keep them in the garage when daddy was washing his truck in the driveway and mommy needed to be doing something inside...
they liked that for about an hour or so...
We did just give ours to MIL who has a bunch of new puppies!! I think it'll work out great for that! We never used ours inside-- thought I would keep them out of the kitchen or playing in the living room-- but just never did it!

Yeah, I'm thinking she would hate it outside anyway...I think I'm off to sell it. What would you pay for a SuperYard with Extension (retails around $100). I'm thinking of listing it on CL for $75 to see if there are any takers. It's in NEW condition and we only used it for maybe 6 months off and on with the twins (indoors only)

 

I only used it to block off the family room when I didn't want them roaming. We started using it when they started crawling around 8 months and probably stopped using it when they were about 16 months. It has been in storage ever since.

 

We had ours opened up to block off the living room from the front halls and from nickknacks in the living room. We just took ours down last month (at 20 months old). But our house is under construction so it was a safety issue for us.
