superyard or joovy

Just curious what other's preferences are?

 

I personally haven't purchased either, but I am very interested in the superyard xt. I know other twin moms who have put two of them together to make an extra large play area. It can also be used to block off certain areas of the house that you don't want your LOs messing with. Now that my darlings are becoming more and more mobile, it would most definitely come in handy!

 

What's a joovy, a stroller I think? I'm not sure.

Anyways, I'm buying a superyard tomorrow to block off half my living room. That way I can take it with me when we go visiting to help contain the munchkins if the house we visit isn't baby proof. We can also use it outside to keep them contained.

 

I'm not sure what a joovey is either, but we have a superyard and use it to block off our tv and electronics. It's pretty much the only area of the 1st floor that the kids are banned from. I love that you can bend it in different angles to make it more sturdy as the kids grow and learn to lean on it or shake it.

 

Where did you get the superyard? I saw the Joovy thing - looks like an oversized pack n play...

 

BRU, Target & Walmart carry them. I googled joovy and I would go w/ the superyard in a heartbeat over that.

 

we love our superyards!!! we have a couple...some for gating off..when they first started getting mobile, we'd make little squares to put them in seperatl (when they were beating each other up) and we could take a shower etc...
I got one off craigs list for $25.

 

I never had either of them. But someone was selling a joovy at a MoMs sale last weekend and it was mammoth and a pain to set up. I would go with a superyard personally.

 

I had go google the joovy too to see, and I'd still get the superyard.

I bought one yesterday and set it up long ways across my living room to block off half of it. I'm trying to find a second one that's used to have around too. Much more versatile than the joovy looks.
