Super Baby Food

Anyone have this book or recommend it? I did homemade baby food for my first son but I wondered if the book was worth getting for creative ideas etc.

 

I haven't heard of it but I do love Wholesome Baby Food by Maggie Meade, she also has a great website and FB where she answers questions regularly...

And she's very current with her resources on what is recommended. There are so many baby food books out there, it can be a bit of a minefield, I find.

 

I used super baby food with my first and really liked it. It's easy to look up questions and has great ideas. I still use it for the section of craft ideas. I will have to review it when the twins are ready for solids. It's surprising how quickly I can forget things during the different baby stages.
