Sullivan and Finley are 3!

Sullivan and Finley turn 3 years old today! That just seems crazy to me! We took them to the Children's Museum and to lunch yesterday with my good friend and her daughter - all the kids had a blast and I was reminded of how much older they act now compared to even 5 months ago! They were like little kids at the museum, trying all of the activities in the exhibits, following directions well, no crying or tantrums when they had to stop playing in the water/sand/ride-on trains/etc., they would just say, "Ok" and move on to the next activity.

We are just having a small (as in just DH, myself, and our kids) party tonight with cupcakes, presents, and decorations) party tonight when my DH gets home from school. We go back to school tomorrow so we are planning on keeping the day low-key. 16 days of no school tends to create craziness in them the first week back at it (tired and grumpy, mostly!)

So, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the 3's will be easier than the 2's - but from what I've read on here, I'm not counting on it! :laughing:

Happy, happy birthday to my beautiful baby boys, who have brought an amazingly magical chaos and love to our family.
I can't imagine our life without them. Quiet, boring, and so many fewer hugs, kisses, cuddles and laughs. :wub: :wub:

It's crazy how fast the three years seem to go by, isn't it?!!? And they DO seem so much older, in just a matter of months! And so far, two months in..lol.. the threes haven't been *too* terrible. But I do have one who makes me pull out more hair than the other!
