This may be stupid, but how much milk do you produce while your pregnant?? I started to develop a "slow leak" a few weeks ago, but now its really coming! I've had to use nursing pads, or my bras will be saturated!! Is it possible to pump while your pregnant? I know I read something somewhere about a woman who pumped and froze breastmilk before the babies came! Is that possible??

Any advice would be helpful....I have no other friends who breastfed....
    Thanks

You should NOT pump while pregnant! It can induce labor!

I leaked a lot while pregnant and so so much after the girls came, but it leveled out at about 1 month.

Definitely do NOT pump. It promotes contractions. It's great for after birth because your uterus will contract more to go back down to size and for me, it kept bleeding to a minimal and I only bled for about 4-5 days after my c-section.
