I am so happy to say that for three nights in a row DS and DD have slept through the night. I think it happened because for the first time, at 3:00pm I took them upstairs to nap instead of putting them in their swings. They took an hour and a half nap. Then that night they slept from @ 11:00pm untill 6:30. The next night they went down the same time and slept till 7:30 and then last night they went down at 11:00 and did not get up till 8!!! Even then they were not crying, they were just laying happily in their cribs!! I am so happy but being a first time mom I have to wonder is it to early for them to cut those night time feedings out? They are about 3 1/2 months but they were born 7 weeks early. Does this sound normal?

    Congrats!!

My DS started sttn right at that same time! Do be prepared though that they will go through growth spurts and start waking at night again. For him he sleeps through about 5 nights out of 7, and the other 2 is up for a bottle.

    Enjoy the sleep!

Not too early at all. At 3 months, mine went down at 7:30pm and got up at 8 am. And that continued until they were almost 4.

Awesome! Some babies just "get it" really early - so you got lucky! And about dropping night feedings, as long as they get to eat whenever they're hungry during the day, they should be fine.

Rest up & ENJOY mama! :)

Mine were about 4 weeks early, and started sleeping through at that time. I really think it just has more to do with the child than anything else. If they are ready to sleep through, they will sleep through! Good for you guys!

Congrats, it is so great when they STTN! I don't think it is too early, mine STTN a lot of the time. Just be prepared for the nights when they don't STTN, the first couple of times mine didn't after they had started to do it I was so disappointed!
