    Hi
My girls are just over 4 months old and I have started to think seriously about selling the graco duoglider that I bought before they were born as we have never used it and get a side by side instead. Or would you keep the duoglider and get a side by side as well. We are currently using a double decker stroller similar to the snap n go.

I have 3 double strollers (a SBS, tandem, and a jogging) but the only one I ever use is my Combi SBS...Im not too crazy about the other 2 which is why I bought a 3rd.

I used a snap n go practically every day the first 6ish months. Then we bought a Combi Twin Savvy so we started using that one occasionally (when we felt like taking them out of their seats). We then bought a jogger and used that frequently last fall. Now that they are out of the snap n go, we still use the other two all the time. I love my SBS stroller. It's so lightweight and super easy to use.

i didn't start using a side by side until they were close to a year old, b/c they were still in their infant carriers and it made errands so much easier. i just took the carriers out (with them in them) and put them in the stroller. i took advantage of those carriers for as long as i could. i am not familiar with the double decker that you are using. i went from the tandem (front-back) stroller to the graco side by side. i also had a jogging stroller for walking, etc. around the neighborhood, since the graco side by side has plastic wheels, but i recently got rid of it since my injury.

    good luck deciding

I used the sng the entire first year. I also have a tandem jogging stroller, a sbs (that I keep at my mom's house), and a single jogger that we hardly ever use. Gl with your decision...strollers=freedom!

I have three and use all three. I have a SNG, a duoglider, and a Chariot Cougar jogger. I jog with the jogger, take the SNG for quick trips to the store, and the duoglider if I'm going to be out and about for a bit.

We are using the double snap n go....love it!!! We don't know what we want to use once they out grow their infant seats. For those who use a SBS, do you find you have trouble in stores, getting through doorways and things like that?

I have the SNG frame stroller (we bought second hand for $35), which we used for the first five months. It was great! I use the Maclaren Twin Triumph and our double jogger daily (they were both gifts). I use my jogger for our long walks outside. We just got a barely used single umbrella from a neighbor's yard sale for $2. This will be good for when we go to the Tiger game in August. Nikola will ride in the stroller and Annalise will go in the Baby Bjorn. Nikola doesn't care much for slings or carriers. I would rather the single umbrella get buried in the stands than my lovely Maclaren :) .

We have the double snap-n-go stroller aka the LIMO (my sisters calls it that) and I LOVE IT! But we also have 2 umbrella strollers for small trips to the store or if I'm only taking one of the girls w/ me - it's easier. :D

Technically I have 4 strollers, but only three types ;)

I've got the DuoGlider that I used exclusively until a little while ago, and then got a SBS and we have two single umbrella strollers.

I use all of them depending on the situation!

I have a jogging stroller that I use for walking around the neighborhood.
I have the duoglider that I use occasionally, like if I am going in a store where I need to try something on.
I have a single umbrella stroller that I use a lot. I put one baby in there, and the other in the Snugli.

We used the Double SNG until the boys were about 4 months adjusted. They started to really hate being in their infant carseats so we got our SBS (Baby Jogger Citi Mini - LOVE IT). Then we also got 2 single umbrellas (MacLaren something). Love those too. Great for malls.

i use the duo glider for stores and once we clean up the sbs (it was a hand-me-down from a friend), we'll use that one for outside trips (fairs, etc) and traveling

I have a Graco duoglider, a Maclaren Twin Techno, and 2 single Maclaren Truimphs. I use all of them excpt the Graco, my girls hate it! I love having the singles for when we go for walks in the park or something, we each get a twin. And the side by side for when I take them for walks alone or we decide to walk the dogs too.

I have a SBS and a tandem. The SBS is good for walks and things outdoors like the zoo or parks, and the tandem is good for shopping, dr appts or anything where I need to fit through narrow doorways or aisles. And yes I use them both. :)

I didn't vote because all my options are not there.

I started with a Duoglider, and I used it until they were almost two. It was kept in the car, and it worked out great for us. The only reason I got rid of it was because my DD kept climbing out and I wanted a 5-point harness.

I bought an Instep Safari double jogger when they were 14 months. I still have it, love it. It pretty much is used to walk around our neighborhood, to the lake, to the park, around the zoo and on benefit walks we do.

To replace the Duoglider (around age 2) I bought a Chico Citta SBS. It has a 5-point harness and decent basket space, that's the good points. It doesn't fit through doorways or aisleways well. It is my "keep in the car" stroller but I just don't use it very often. If I take them anywhere, my first choice is to get a double cart, and resort to the stroller only if absolutely necessary. And I cannot even remember the last time I took them to the mall, I take my opportunity to go there solo if I'm going. ;)

I got a single Graco stroller when they were a couple months old to use when I took just one DD somewhere. I am keeping it in case we have another baby.

I bought a SBS umbrella stroller at a garage sale for $5. But I've never used it. I would have used it if we went on an airplane trip, but we never did and now I would probably just use the Chicco.

We also have a wagon, but we don't use that very often.

    HTH!

We started with a Snap & Go and a double umbrella (side by side). Then bought a double jogger at 6 months because I hated walking with the double umbrella. Since then, we've used the jogger almost exclusively, but we continued to use the SNG for things like trips to the doctor's office until the girls outgrew their infant carriers. After that, we started using the double umbrella for the doctor (and our very, very rare trips to the mall), but we hardly use it for anything else.

We also have a single umbrella that I used for awhile to get the girls in & out of daycare (when they weren't walking) -- I'd carry one and push one. I still use it when one of them is home sick but we still need to get out of the house.

And we have a wagon -- didn't start using that until they were almost 2.5 (they got it as a 2nd b'day present, but I probably wouldn't have used it much before that anyway), but now use it at least once a week.

Right now we only have the duoglider, but I want to get a sbs. In August there is a giant twins garage sale and I'm hoping to get a used sbs. Right now when I go out shopping they are still in their snugrides, but when we go for walks, I put them directly in the stroller.

    Question:
Are jogging strollers that great if you don't jog??

We just go for walks around the neighborhood, parks, zoos ect so I don't know if it's worth it to get one.

If you had to choose between a sbs or jogger, which would you get??

We have/had the double decker snap in stroller, but the boys grew out of their seats quickly. I was given the Graco Duoglider (aka the tank) for a baby shower gift so we use it for most things. We bought a jogger (with swivel wheel b/c I hated the fixed on the double decker) and we use it for everything that doesn't have aisles (beach/zoo/triathlons/daily walks).

Are jogging strollers that great if you don't jog?? I love our jogger and have started jogging during my walks since I got it. I was just planning on using it for walks and the zoo.

We just go for walks around the neighborhood, parks, zoos ect so I don't know if it's worth it to get one. If you don't like the duo glider, I would get one. The plastic wheels on all the other (non jogger) strollers wear down so quickly, you'll end up spending the same amount of $ when you have to replace the stroller.

If you had to choose between a sbs or jogger, which would you get?? That's a tough one. I went with the jogger b/c I'm trying to get back into shape and DH does triathlons so we needed something that could go on grass and the beach easily. HTH!

I have a duoglider and a valco trimode with toddler seat. Duoglider is practically new since I got the valco I stopped using the duoglider. Although I have nothing against the duoglider (I liked snapping the car seats right in) I do like them side by side now. Plus I fit everywhere with the valco.

I think that my jogger is totally worth it (it is SBS). I'd choose a jogger over a non-jogger SBS. I don't run with it, just walks. I have an Instep Safari double jogger.

I have 3. A Duoglider, a Jeep SBS, and an Instep Safari. I can't remember the last time I used the Jeep(hmmm, where is it? ), but the other two I do use on a regular basis.
