Strollers and car seats

Hey everyone,
I am looking for a good double stroller and car seats. What have you gotten that you love and would recommend for me?

We went with the Graco Snugride car seats and they were great! One thing I would do differently if I could do it again is I would not buy a Graco Duoglider. It was heavy, big and cumbersome. Instead I would have bought the double snap and go, and moved on to a SBS stroller once they were out of their carriers.

 

I had the graco safe seat they were great but to large and too heavy. My boys would still fit in them but it is to hard to carry them around so we went to convertables rear facing. I used the snap and go for a while with the car seats and then moved to a BOB revolution doulie SBS which I love!! depends what you are going to use your stroller for but if you will use it a lot I would invest in a good one.

 

We don't have carseats yet, but we bought the Graco Quattro last week. It has a lot better reviews than the DuoGlider.

We bought the Graco snugride car seats and are planning on getting the double snap n go until they are able to sit in a side by side (like a PP mentioned).

I tried opening and closing and moving around the full size double strollers that were on display at BRU but they were just too heavy, which is why I think we'll go with the double snap n go.

 

We haven't settled on carseats yet, but are planning on using a double snap and go until they are bigger. I am thinking of the SBS Maclaren Twin Techno for later and for longer outings.

 

We bought the Chicco Key Fit seats because the Graco Snugride seat behind the drivers' seat in my Matrix would not allow my husband to sit comfortably. This means that we cannot use the Snap n Go - oh well...I figured that it was better for everyone to be safe in the car. Will just carry the seats for short distances or use a wrap to transport them for the first little bit.
We also bought the Baby Jogger City Mini double for use later on (a local store had a 20% off sale that ends today).
Twins should be born in the next week or two so these have not been tested out.
