So I have a the Chicco double umbrella stroller. Apparently I should have got the Combi instead, but the Chicco actually had better online reviews when I got it. I like the Chicco stroller for the most part, but one thing I don't like is the lack of a snack tray. So far we have to feed them their snack, which is not really fun to do. Has anyone every heard of some type of after market snack tray that we could add? If not, are there any good alternatives to a snack tray?

Our stroller doesnt have a snack tray either. We do have these and could attach them with these so they dont go flying. I think that is what we will end up doing. I know I saw somewhere a tether of some kind that is meant for attaching binkies or even sippies to a stroller but can seem to think of where now.

They do have some that you attach. However by the time mine were to use the snack tray we just give them baggies or their snack cup anyways. I would maybe check ebay or amazon. GL!

I did the same thing while my boys were in the jogging stroller. It worked well and was something we already had so it was cheap!

These are the tethers I used from Walgreens. For us they were used for their sippy cups. In time they will however learn to undo the velcro. Same with the snack cups; mine would take off the lids with their teeth and spill their snacks all over the place. :headbang:

I also looked into snack trays for my older Combi but they were not worth the money for the amount of time they would be used.

Thank you - that was driving me crazy not being able to remember where I saw those at.

Neither of our strollers had a snack tray, and it never bothered me except for one short period in early toddlerhood (maybe 12-18m?). When we were out & about, we usually stopped walking to eat our snacks, and I just handed them a bite at a time. I wouldn't really have wanted them to have full control of their snacks anyway (for the reason Judy mentioned).

LOVE the description of this item:

    • Because babies love to throw things.

    :rotflmbo:

I so need to get these for my guys. I don't mind so much when they throw their sippies at home, but when they do it in a restaurant... :bad:

The snacktrap cups have a tether you can purchase. They attach by buckling around something (stroller straps, car seat straps, etc.). We liked ours. :good:

There is also the Kiddy Kaddy if your stroller has a bar across the front but no tray. I use this on my side by side double. I put it in the middle of the bar so they can both reach it.
