Does anyone have any recommendations for strollers? We are pregnant with twins and have a 2 year old son. He is old enough that he likes to walk a lot of the time, but poops out and we need the option for him to hop on board as well.

I have found the Joovy strollers, but I have read some really bad reviews on them. We still have a long way to go, but since it seems so hard to find an appropriate stroller we are on the hunt right now.

Any help and/or information would be truly appreciated!

There is a post on this website about a stroller that works for twins and an older sibling. It has a platform on the back for the older child to stand if they get tired. It looks really neat. It was posted several days ago.

I am interested too. I have a 13 mo. old and twins due in Feb. I saw the baby trend triple stroller and another that look similiar (can't remember the name) and the reviews I read weren't good.

    Help!

I'm in the same boat. I thought about the Joovy but like you said, reviews weren't great. I wish I could try one out just to see. I would expect it to be difficult to maneuver and push with 3 kids in it, but wonder if it's as bad as people say! It could possibly be my only hope for getting out during the day this summer :)

My oldest was 2 1/2 when the twins were born. She's been a good walker, but slow sometimes ... looking at the flowers, the gates, etc. KWIM?

We have a Mountain Buggy Urban Double with a Lascal Kiddie Board. It works really well for us. I can still steer with 1 hand ... pushing around 100lbs ... it's a great durable stroller, about $650 but older models (2005 and 2006 model years can be found cheaper). It's also nice because I can continue to use once they get older, and if my oldest is really old enough to walk everywhere, I don't have a stroller that isn't 100% useful anymore. Just take the board of.

Another option would be the Valco with the toddler seat, but I found my oldest to old for that seat (and too heavy). She was 39lbs (and 40 1/2 inches) at age 3, so I had no desire to lift her in there. By the time it was spring, she was basically 3 anyway, so I figured a board for her would just be fine, and it is.

We're making a road trip right now (Chicago - New Orleans) and I only have the MacLaren with me, with no board (although they have a board for this stroller as well, just different). Sometimes if it's too far, I put my twin girl ... the lightest of the bunch ... "only" 23lbs8oz at 12 months in the hip carrier and she sits in the stroller, but normally at home we don't do that.
