    Hi All,
I am new to the boards, I found them a few months back just before I had my twins. I have B/G twins born 5/23/09. They are 12 weeks now and I need to start doing more with them.

My question relates to the type of stroller you use for daily walks. I have the double snap and go but dont feel lik that is suitable for walks around my neighborhood. I also have the citi mini double but I am not sure if my babies are big enough for it yet. What type of stroller do you use to take your little ones for a walk? I don't own a jogger yet.....

    Thanks for your help!

I used my snap&go around the neighborhood for quite a while and that seemed to work well. I've also used my Combi Duo Sport. The seats lay down almost flat and it has a cover for the feet opening so it was good when they were still newborns.

I was going to ask the same question...I also have a snap n go and a graco quatro duo, but didn't know what to use for walking. I feel like my babies are too small for a jogging stroller.

I believe both strollers are good for different reasons. I used the double snap and go for walks when my babies were little as it was very easy to put them in their carseats at home and then go for a walk (they love their carseats). When they outgrew the weight limit, I got the citimini double and thought it was better for walking over my neighborhood's bumpy and uneven sidewalks. I would unlatch the backs of the citimini seats and let them lie down when they wanted to sleep.
By the way, the company (Baby Jogger) recommends that their strollers be used for children starting from approximately six months and up, once they are able to sit and hold up their heads without assistance. And The City Series is not really for jogging purposes but for "everyday use."

I used the snap and go for a long time for walks. Mainly because at that age they still would sleep a lot and if they fell asleep while walking in their car seat I could just pop it out, bring them inside and let them sleep. My LOs are also smaller so I felt like they were more safe in it. Once they were about 6 months old I started using my jogging stroller for walks which is a lot nicer because it is lighter and more "walking friendly". By that age they were sitting up pretty well on their own and I didn't have to worry as much about how they were positioned in it.

Thanks All! seems like snap and go is my best option at this point.....

Yep, the SNG would be fine for walks.

:welcome: to the First Year. Congrats on your babies.

I'm kind of in the same boat. It looks like everyone is voting for the SnG (which we have). My worry is down here in the summertime, wouldn't carseats be too hot for a walk? I'd only take them out in the evenings, but it's still in the mid-80's and humid. They also hate their carseats, which doesn't help.

I guess there's nothing that's more breathable for babies with only a little head control? :(
