    Hello everyone,
I am new to posting here, but enjoy reading all your posts and getting lots of tips. I am due with b/g twins in December. My question is...
I have a 2 year old son and am looking for a stroller that will hold 2 infant seats and allow my 2 year old to sit or stand (dont have a preference) on the
stroller also. Any advice or suggestions? I am having a problem finding these online.

Thank you ! And good luck to everyone!

Have you looked at the Valco Twin with toddler seat. It is expensive, but a good sturdy stroller. The toddler seat clips on and off so when your older one doesn't use it anymore, you can continue to use the stroller as a two seater for your twins.

Yes.. I know what you mean! I have an almost 2 yr old and I'm having my twins on September 19th!! I'm also looking for some type of stroller that'll accomodate all three! I found this one.. It's kind of expensive but it looks like it does the job. Hope it helps!

Valco is definitely an option. I chose the Mountain Buggy Urban Double since my oldest was 2 1/2 already and I didn't want to lift a heavy toddler in that seat (she's 95% and was almost 32lbs at age 2 and 38lbs at age 3). So we bought the MBUD with a Lascal kiddie board and it worked really well. Would definitely recommend it.

ETA: The Valco can take a board too, but I liked the looks of the MBUD better (more neutral, less colors, fabrics, simple, etc.) and since I didn't really need the seat, it was an easy decision.

    We bought this one: http://www.joovy.com/pages/pd_bigcaboose.php

We couldn't afford the Valco one.

I got the big caboose also. I like it, but it is huge! We haven't used it yet nor have we tried to put it in the minivan. I also couldn't afford the Valco one and I found a great deal on the big caboose on ebay. I got it for $100 less than everywhere else and it is brand new. I also got a used double snap n go for the times my DS can walk or when my DH will be with us and my DS can be in an umbrella stroller.

If you can afford it I can't say enough good about the valco. I love it! It has a high resale value too.

My oldest was just 2 when the babies were born. We had a Graco DuoGlider, & she stood on the basket in the back if she was tired of walking. Otherwise, she just held my hand.
    Good luck!

I will be getting the joovy stoller because 1 it easy easy to move where alot of double strolers are hard, it has a bench with a seat belt if you need to strap in, i haev heard though that with a car set in the rear seat , your older child may have to lean abit forward we didnt have this problem when u went to look at them but my 2yr old is round not tall, lol
    best of luck

I have a 2 yr old as of today and almost 11 month old twin girls. We just had a double snap and go (now we use their Combi side by side) and we have a single stroller for my son. When I went to the grocery store, just put my twins in their snap and go and my son in the cart and pulled the cart and pushed the stroller, been doing that for 10 months and everyone says I am a pro at it now. When I went to the mall, just put my son and the heavier twin in the stroller and used a front carrier for the lighter twin.

A few things about the Joovy Caboose:

    1. many owners say it's wayyyyyyyyy to big for even their vans (we have a mini-van and seeing the stroller, no way would we have space for anything else in the back of our van if we had this)
    2. It's heavy as all get out (we tried it out in the store)
    3. It's really long and even folded it's way long
    4. you can't let the back baby recline if you have your older child on the sit-n-stand part
    5. it's really tough to steer because it's so long.
    6. not too long from now, the 2 yr old will not want to ride, they will want to walk, get a stroller you can manage without too much effort.

Does the MBUD take two infant carseats though? Thanks!

My son will be 2y8m around when my twins come. I think we're going to go with the Graco Quattro Duo. I just plan on letting my son walk, or if we're going to the zoo or something and I think he'll need to sit at some point, I'll put him in the front and wear one infant. The Joovy just seems soooooo long. The normal Graco Duo is long too, but the Quattro Duo is more compact.

Just thought I'd add: Quattro length is 29", Duo Glider length is 35.5", and Joovy length is 55".

colorado mama - didn't know it was that long folded. I know when we looked t it, the salesperson at BRU came by and said rally long huh? We said yes, he said it's really long folded too, when we folded it, he wasn't lying. But yikes to find out it's 55" long, that is huge.

My DD will be 28 months when our twins come and this is what we're planning to do as well! The Quattro Tour Duo handles so much better than the DuoGlider IMO and folds up smaller. Can't beat that! :)

lol... that's the length when it's NOT folded! When it's upright and ready to use. The thing is really neat, but just so gargantuan! It's 63" when folded!! Measure those trunks ladies!!!!!! lol

Thanks again for all the feedback. I did find quite a few NEW Valco on Ebay for around $400-$500... which is comparable to all the others. Does anyone with the Valco know if car seats can be straped into the stroller?

    Thanks!

colorado mama - that's even worse at 63" It is neat and we spent a lot of time looking at it, but then we walked away and said it's cool but said no way, the back seat would have to be down for this stroller to fit in my van

I have the caboose and rarely use it. It is a big, long pain in the butt! And my 2 yo just gets off the stand part. I am happy I got it used, but still wish I had been able to use it more. Maybe it will still happen!
