Here is a tip for all you expecting mommies and even ones who have already delivered: GET SOME BIO OIL! You can get it at Walgreens or order it online. That stuff really works. Our boys weighed almost 7 pounds each and I didn't get the first stretch mark, even though I got a few with my daughter. The Bio Oil even faded the old ones almost completely away! And it's only about $10.00. Just thought I'd let you all know about it, it is a true miracle oil!

I have seen commercials about this and they say it fades the old ones. I am going to pick some up tomorrow.

I agree. Been using Bio Oil since the day I found out i was pregnant and so far so good. They say whether you get stretch marks or not are genetics - my mom had 5 kids including a set of twins (me and my twin bro) and she has stretchies. I never got them with DS who is now 6 - used palmers cocoa butter religiously with him, and we hope not to get them with the twins and so far, Bio Oil is living up to it's name. I use it 3 times a day on my belly and boobs.

I hope it works for you. Personally I think they are genetic. My two weighed at least 7.5 lbs each and
i never got any! I hope it helps!
