Strech marks

So they itch lol BAD. What do you guys recommend to stop the itching. I was also wondering if they get worse after birth. mine u can see after ive taken a hot bath but for the most part there pretty light but itch baddddd

 

I know exactly how you feel, I started using cocoa butter lotion and it has helped alot. Try it I hope it helps.

 

Lots of lotion - but you can try cortisone cream (not too much, but a thin layer) to ease the immediate itching.

The itching for me pretty much stopped after I gave birth. The itching was mostly from my tight, tight belly.

 

Coco butter is your best bet. Try Palmer's Coco Butter

 

I started using the new Curel pregnancy lotion. I love it. It doesn't have that horrible smell of the Palmers. I use it all over and love it. I think it does a great job at keeping the itching under control. I've also heard of using olive oil, but I'm not that desperate, yet!

 

Palmer's Cocoa Butter is what I have been using. And it works great...atleast till now

 

Bathe with a hydrating, sensitive skin body wash like Dove or oil of olay too.

 

Another tip: Don't soap your belly unless you are using a very hydrating body wash. Soap will make your belly dry and make you itch more. Wash your hair before washing your belly so that the shampoo residue is rinsed off a well.
