straw sippies

what is your favorite straw sippie?
I taught the twins to drink from a straw because they couldnt get the hang of a regular sippie-they didnt understand they need to tilt their head back and I always had to hold it for them. So with a straw they can do it themselves.
We've just been using the take n toss ones, which are great-but I would like something that might leak a little less. I like these mainly because I have a thing with characters on cups-I dont like it...weird I know.
Thoughts?

 

We don't do a lot of stuff with characters either - no clothes for sure, so, I get that.

We like the Nuby straw sippies - I never have problems with them leaking. Ella has a plain pink and a plain purple, and the boys have a blue and green.

:laughing: about the characters! I don't mind them on cups, but don't like them on clothes! We used the Playtex straw sippies. I found those to leak least.

 

we use the munchkin straw sippies.. they leak a little bit, but i think it is mostly caused by dribbles that get caught in the area where the straw snaps shut...

and i hear ya on the character thing! i don't like it either and luckily the LOs aren't old enough to have an opinion yet, so they get what i like!!

 

We use the nuby straw ones too, the ones with handles, they carry them at our target and babies r us.

 

I tried all kinds with my ODS, and I swear by Playtex. They are the only ones I could find that don't leak.

 

Mine like the Nuby ones although they still don't drink too well from them, more like sip

 

We used the Nuby at first. Then I found the Munchkin Straw Sippy and we had a cabinet full of these until we went to cups.

 

Playtex leaked far less for us. Our nuby's leak like crazy, I only bought one 2 pack but I hate them, keep them at the back of the sippy cupboard!

Playtex sport has worked great since my oldest ds was young, about 6 yrs ago!
