Well one of my little ones is standing in the crib during nap time. What do you suggest. I know that someone has probably already asked but I was wondering what yall had to say

Show him or her how to get down and then let them figure it out. It may take a bit, but they will get it.

In the beginning, I´d lie DS down when he cried then he just figured it out himself and would go to sleep. GL!

This is what I did too! It's usually a quickly passing phase.

When it first started, I would put my son back down. Daughter isn't doing this yet. Now, I just leave them alone during nap or bedtime.

Me too! It doesn't last for long b/c they like the falling part! I did this to stop them from chewing on the crib until I could get furniture protectors!

    :rotflmbo:

Jack stands up even when he's tired, and kind of hangs out sucking his thumb and crying. I just keep putting him down until he stays down!

Sometimes all you can do is show them how to get down and tuck them back in. Sometimes once I tuck one in, the other is up and giggling. And when I get her tucked in, the other is up and giggling... At that point I just leave them and tell them it's nap time. Then after they quiet down [aka: pass out] I go in there and make sure they've got blankets on them.

[I keep a couple soft blankets off to the side in their room so I don't have to wake them up by pulling the blankets from under them to get the covered ;) ]
