Ok, I have some really cute little shirts and outfits that are stained. Mostly from feeding time - they do wear bibs, but now that they are self-feeding a bit, they get food everywhere! Including all over their cute shirts etc! I wash them and the stains don't come out - any suggestions? Do you use stain remover on your babies clothes? I have been a little afraid to use it so far because I didn't want to irritate their skin (DD has pretty sensitive skin).

I do use Spray n Wash on their clothes that may have stains & always just run an extra rinse cycle in the washing machine. Works great :good:

Yes, I have to or the stains don't come out, including poop stains. I use Spray n' Wash or Shout Gel. I like the Spray n' Wash because it's easier to use. I do find that it needs an extra rinse cycle or you can smell it on all their clothes. I use Tide Free for detergent and it still doesn't get the stains out by itself.

I've always been too chicken to use anything on their clothes! I am going to try some of these suggestions with the extra rinse too.

I use spray and wash on their clothes with bad stains (like poo) and it works like a charm. We also do their wash with Baby Oxy Clean and that works great to also get stains out!

I use the Oxyclean Baby Spray (I got it at BRU). Works very well. :good:

I have super sensitive skin, and only use free and clear detergents (usually All). I add oxyclean (the regular one) to every load and it works great on getting out poop stains, breastmilk stains, spit up, and most food stains. If I run out of oxyclean, I don't do laundry until I get to the store! The stuff is awesome, and it is fine on my skin, my 22 month old with excema, and my 3 month old twinsies (and my husband, too).

I have always used regular Oxyclean without any problems. Put in wash and let the load soak for about 20 minutes and then let it go. I also learned at that age to strip them down for meals! ;)
