Oh boy... both my kiddies are teething and fussy. DS is easier to soothe but DD is waking up frequently from naps and having a hard time settling and ..... The only time she slept really well today was after I gave her some tempra.

    ANY ADVICE???

How often should you give tempra or whatever you use?

I think tempra is tylenol, or acetaminophen, isn't it? If so, it's safe to give every 4-6 hrs. Also go look for Hylands Teething Tablets at a walmart or drug store, they are homeopathic and worked pretty good for my kids. I would give tylenol and teething tabs before every nap and before bed to help.

You can also try letting them chew on a cold washcloth, it may help.

I feel your pain, I am going through it right now and one baby is way worse than the other. Her 2 bottoms broke through and I thought she would be better, WRONG!!! I have been giving the Hylands teething tablets and Advil (every 6hrs). It's the only thing that is taking the edge off, somewhat. Tylenol was doing squat. I second the cold washcloth

 The only time mine calmed down with their first teeth was when I gave them motrin. You can give tylenol every 4 hours or motrin every 6.
