    Hello,

My ds has started spitting up suddenly after months of lovely clean feeds. He had terrible reflux when he was 6 months and under, but it seemed to clear up at about 8 months (6 months adjusted). He is 10 months now (8 months adjusted). Now we've begun solids and he's started spiting up quite a bit of breast milk after he feeds. I've tried timing milk feeds to be away from solids, but I've not noticed a difference.
I'm wondering if it's because the twins are much more mobile recently, starting to craw and sit up. Could it be his movements bringing things up or something else? My doctor says he probably has a bug, but its been a few weeks now and he seems fine, happy otherwise and his normal self. Thoughts?

    Thanks!

I noticed when my twins started to get mobile that they were spitting up more, especially the solids. It could definitely be due to increased movement.

My one son has also become much more mobile and has just started spitting up... he never really did before. I'm guessing it's normal with the movement but don't really know?!?

I would say it's probably the movement. Once our boys could sit up on their own and started pulling up and cruising, their spitting up got much, much better.
