I was scared for this past weekend b/c my parents took the twins from 10 am on Friday through noon on Sunday. They had had a small PT regression (2-3 accidents each a day) about 1.5 weeks ago...but the past week wasn't so bad. So, I told my mom to keep them in undies except for nap/bedtime and keep the towel in their carseat and I packed LOTS of extra undies.

Well, after long car rides (1.5 hours to their house and then 1.5 hours back to our house), going out to eat 2-3 times, a trip to WalMart, the park, my bro/SIL's house, etc....there was only ONE accident!!!!!!

I am SOOO proud of them for being out of their element, being out and about and doing so freakin' awesome!!!!

I just had to share! I just thought for sure it would've been a disaster!

That is great. My one DD has been doing great with the potty for the last couple of weeks and my DH and I just went out of town for the weekend and the girls were with grandma. Well my DD still did great and only had one accident while out at the park. It really makes you feel like they are really trained.

Unlike you however I still have one more to train and she just has no interest.

Well, it wasn't really "freedom"....hehehe...we still had Olivia and we painted our living room, eat-in area, kitchen and put up a gazebo, went to a cookout, ran errands...it was non-stop getting stuff done around the house that we can never get done with the kids running around! But, it was fun having ONLY one kid for a change!
