I have ALWAYS wanted a girl. I wanted to dress her up with tights and dresses, shiny shoes in all colors, boots, bows, etc. Well, I finally got my girl and they turn out to be twin girls. Now, I'm gonna go broke if I don't stop shopping for them. LOL Especially now that they are getting bigger the selection of clothes is BIGGER and BETTER!!

I am always looking for a "deal" and always convincing myself that I'm not gonna find (shoes, sweater, etc) at a better price and since I have to buy two I better get them now!

I'm already worried about when they get to the age when they don't want to dress the same. How hard it is going to be to find two outfits that are equally cute!!!

Anyone else enjoying dressing up your little dolls like I do?

Well, I have one girl twin and I love dressing her up in cute and funky styles. Yesterday I was on the Macy's website and saw this adorable polka dot dress that I went to DH and said, "This is a great price and she can wear this dress for Easter." He was no help, because he agreed. I'll be the first to tell you that I am sure she will wear that dress before Easter :faint:

I am SOOO with you!! I only have one girl but my dh wanted our last to be a girl and all I could tell him was how broke we would be  I LOVE dressing her up! I LOVE shopping for her! I LOVE that she still doesn't care what I put her in, I think my time is ending soon...

Same problem over here too! Only have one girl! I'm really into the leggings with boots look with her. She has soft brown suede boots from target and a long tee over the leggings-=-SOO cute! hehe! But I also love dressing up DS. Of course it's not the same but it's fun!

Oh it is not just you or for DD. I go nuts with DS too. Kohl's has had so many cute little boy outfits lately I have been going nuts with the sales and Kohl's cash. I actually said to DH last night "I have to stop". I am starting to feel jittery when I can't check the websites for cute toddler clothes. I guess it's my new addiction  . And yes, I feel like I am a little girl again dressing up my dolls only they are my real babies now :) .

Shoot, I have two little boys and I love finding cute outfits for them. :) In fact, I was looking at the girl clothes the other day, since I'm pregnant again, and we are probably having a girl, and I actually liked the infant boy clothes better. (I hate pink and purple, which eliminated like half of the girl clothes.)

I love finding cute little outfits. It's a good thing I'm broke or I'd really have 10 times more clothes than I should.

YES! I have 3 girls and I just don't ever stop shopping. But I do buy most of their clothes on clearance for the next season. Luckily I shop a lot with my mom and she tends to pick up the tab. Otherwise, I would be broke! Girls are so much fun to buy for!

I have to agree with you. I'm a sucker for buying them clothes. For their first year, we got most of their clothes from garage sales or as gifts, but now that our supply is low, I have a hard time telling myself no.

i'm guilty as charged also. i immediately saw the dollar signs flash in front of my eyes when i found out i was having 2 girls. wow, i buy the majority of their clothes from carter's, children's place, and baby gap/old navy. i try to mostly shop when things are on sale unless there's just something i HAVE to have. arghhh, i never thought i'd be this bad... lol. imagine if i only had 1 girl!

I only have one girl but it got better... or at least I mostly started shopping second hand, and I refuse to spend a lot on clothes (I won't spend more than $5 on anything if I can avoid it).

Honestly though, if I had two girls dressing them the same would seem like such a waste, when I could get twice the amount of cute outfits! I don't know how you guys do it.
