    Congratulations!! They are truly adorable, and I'm so happy for you and your new family. I just checked out the board for the first time in a couple of weeks to see if anyone had had their babies, and there you were--a little sooner than expected, but I know they will be wonderfully healthy and hopefully home very soon!

    LOL! I built the site the day before Nicolas came home--and Lalo is still in the NICU.

    The quick update on Alessandro (Lalo) is that he was on a 7-day course of antibiotics to get rid of the intestinal bacterial infection. They took out his stomach tube two days ago and moved him to Pedialyte. As of last night, he started taking breast milk from a bottle--only 15 cc but it's a start. I will start breastfeeding him tonight and see if he can hold it down. Hopefully, he will be home on the weekend...
