Right at 19 weeks I had what I now call a "growth" spurt. I was uncomfortable all over and could barely stand up straight because of the pain and stretching in my abdomen. It did get better and I was able to work right up til the end, but having a desk job was my only saving grace. Good luck. Soon this will all be a memory (though I know that's of little comfort when you're in the thick of it). :)

I felt uncomfortable really early but then it eased up. I have little "pockets" of days when I don't feel well, belly feeling heavy, trouble breathing, pelvic pressure, etc. Then, I'll wake up one morning and feel great. I think it's how the babies are situated. Hang in there, you may have some relief soon!

Around 18-19 weeks is when I started feeling really uncomfortable on a pretty consistent basis. Some days are better than others, but the pelvic pressure and backache are my two main complaints and plague me daily. It usually correlates to my level of activity so I am taking it easier these days. I too never imagined it would be this physically demanding this early in pregnancy. Just gotta go with the flow. :)

Thanks...Now atleast I know I'm not alone, so I'm not as worried on top of being uncomfortable. I'm thinking of trying out prenatal massage next week when my income taxes come back maybe that will help

I got a prenatal massage as a gift for SO calling me a cow accidently (no seriously; his personality needs improvement sometimes but so does mine) so as a result of this slip he paid for a 2 hour massage for me. Cha Ching! It was nice and made me feel beautiful and brave again. Other women have gone before us to pave the way so it can be done.

I started feeling uncomfortable a lot this week. It still somewhat comes and goes but it's there. The worst is when I can hardly breath. I think baby b likes to push on my lungs because it can be horrible and then all of a sudden gone. My doctor said the worse is yet to come, I haven't felt nothin yet. So encouraging I tell you what.

I am glad I am not the only one! The last couple weeks I feel like I am really dragging around.. I can't wait to be on mat leave! I have just been trying to take things as easy as I can, which is hard with a husband who just had surgery and two rambunctious dogs to take care of and trying to coordinate a move to a new house.. But, I manage to work in naps every day!

I felt the same, it does get better. But, one thing for sure is that a twin pregnancy is very different from a singleton. I think we've all had to learn or ways of coasting through!
