So I braved Wal-mart by myself with the boys to get more than just a "few things". I actually had quite the list! WHEW! I put them in their tandem stroller and pulled a cart behind me! I did get quite a few "you've really got your hands full" and a couple of "she's crazy" stares but it really did feel good to know that I can handle that and probably just about anything!

I just had to share so thanks for listening! I'm off to plan our next adventure!

Great job! I go shopping with both of mine on a frequent basis, but I have never tried the stroller thing and pulling a cart behind. I always put one in the car seat and "wear" the other one. That can only last so much longer though because the one I wear is getting heavy!

Doesn't that feel great?!? One time I was grocery shopping, pushing the stroller and pulling a cart, and this older man was walking down the aisle toward me. When he got close, he started to laugh. I was just going to ignore him, but he stopped to talk to me and said he'd seen me coming and thought, "she probably thinks that's hard, but she should try it with twins." Then he got close and realized I was doing it with twins. His twins were about my age, so he probably didn't have any kind if a nice stroller like I did, though.

Good job mom. I still have a hard time taking Max & Lily out by myself due to two herniated discs in my lower back that gets aggrivated from all the lifting & bending. The few times I've done it felt so liberating. I can't wait til their walking so I can venture out on my own. Congrats.

Congrats Mama! I still don't go shopping with my twins! That is our "date night" haha!! We did take them together once...I pushed the stroller and DH pushed the cart...it was 9pm though and they were in bed already!!

Congratulations!! It feels so good to get out on your own and do it. It's a huge confidence boost and really helps make you feel like you actually can do this twin mom thing. ;) I go out and do little things that I can put in the stroller basket. Haven't done the cart/stroller one yet. :)

TOOT TOOT AWAY ~!!!! I haven't braved the big shop yet, so you're waaay cool in my book !! I always get just a few things by myself (and I always feel like someone is going to think I'm stealing things since the only place to put them is in the bottom of the snap and go !) Great job !
