Ok, so heres the thing, I was put on bed rest for bleeding. Up until about a week ago, I was still spotting brown blood, which I was told you don't need to worry about. I know some kind of discharge is normal, and it started out kind of with a yellowish brown color. Not it is Brown and pink in color. Do I have to be worried about that too? ANd how much is normal?

I know I complain a lot, it's just that half these things I've never had happen to me before, and yeah it's my first pregnancy that has taken, and with everything that it took just to get this far, I'm kind of scared of everything. I have my next OB appt on the 27th of March, and I was going to ask then, but if it is something that I need to worry about then, I'll call them and try to get in sooner. I figured I would ask here first.

Thank you for any advise/info, and again sorry if it is TMI. I can't even talk to my hubby about it because he just gets more worried then me.

if it makes u feel better call them. don't hesitate.
when i was pregnant with my twins i did have spotting for the first trimester. One time it was real blood red and i actually saw a clot come out. I panicked and worried and called my doctor everytime. when I saw the real red blood I was talking to my doctor and he said is their any pain. I said no. He said your fine. Come in and we'll check u out.
Everything was fine. What they told me was when your pregnant their is alot going on. the uterus stretches and that can cause the spotting. Also in my case when i saw red blood they said sometimes you can pop a blood vessle. it happends and someimes the body reabsorbes the blood but sometimes it just needs to be released. their is billions of blood vessels their now and yes they do pop but most of the time the body just reabsorbes the blood. I have been there and I know the panick u must feel but as long as you don't feel any pain or cramping you are fine. I was told you will know if you are losing the baby because you will feel the pain. anyone over 6-8 weeks will feel pain if something is wrong. I hope this helps you some and make u able to breathe for a second. try not to worry and just rest for a while :hug99:

I had bleeding when I was 8wks and everything was fine! The Dr. said that as long as it's not bright red blood (new blood), that I shouldn't worry about it. But if you are not sure, you should call him/her. Everytime I feel something weird or have a medical question, I call my Dr. I also told him that he'll get tired of me! Heheheeh...

Don't feel bad for asking questions, I remember I was so worried about everything!! You are being totally normal. If I were you, I would definately take it real easy until you can call your doc. I would also see if you can get in sooner. I'm sure everything will be fine. I just always thought, you can never be too careful, especially with all we go through to get these little tykes!!

So last night I was fixing my aunts computer, only like a 5 minute drive from the house. It was giving me something to get my mind of everything. I was off my feet all day. I stood up to go use the bathroom, and all of a sudden it felt like I was bleeding full force again. :( I asked her for a pad, she ran and got me one, and I went to the bathroom. It was like a bucket was gushing out of me. :( I had an argument with my friend, she kept telling me I peed my pants o_O and I know I didn't because when I finally got to the bathroom, I was peeing the same time the other stuff was still coming out. She aruged with me for like 10 minutes, going well your bodys different now, and you have twins. I am full aware that eventually I will leak and all, but I swear that wasn't what it was last night. So I am kind of scared to get out of bed atm, and I have to wait to call the dr for tomorrow, because they will just tell me to go to the ER if I have any concerns. :(

Is that all normal too? I am starting to think I never wantt o do this whole pregnancy again, it scares me to much. :(

Alright, I called the doctor, left message with the answering service, she is supposed to call within 30 minutes, if not call back.

I'm still having a lot of discharge, and now clots of blood. I want to be one of those people that love being pregnant and can still do anything and everything while pregnant. *sigh*

I called my mom, and asked her, was like well mom I have a really embarassing question, and I explained it all, she said it could be a yeast infection. She had one of 30 years ago with my brother, and it was corroding her cervix. So needless to say, out of all the possibilities I have been told now, I am scared to breathe.

OK Dr. called me back, and I told her I was really sorry for calling, and she was an actual sweetheart. She was the one I was supposed to see, but she is in a practice that you have to see all of them, and I haven't seen her yet.

I explained everything that is going on, I told her I started to pass small blood clots as well. She said it could be a few things, one it could just be discharge, or it could of been one of my waters breaking. :'( She said if it was my water, at 15 weeks there is nothing that they can do, that it is all over. She asked about cramping, and I told her I have what I think is normal cramping, I had bad cramping last night a few hours later. She said she does not want to send me to the L&D ER because I would sit for 4 hours for an ultrasound. IF things get worse call her back, or if I just say you know what I'm to worried call her and go in. But to call the office first thing in the morning at 9 tell them she told me I have to come in for an Ultrasound Monday, no questions asked.

So as I sit here crying because of what it all could be, I don't think I have been more scared in my life right now, and I have done some pretty stupid things when I was younger. I just want everything to be ok. I want to have a normal pregnancy, I don't want to have all these problems, and if I do loose them with everything we went through just to have them this far, I can't do it again, I'll shut down. :'(

it's SO stressful being pregnant, add to that being pregnant w/ multiples and passing discharge on top of that!
Call 1st thing tomorrow morning, get an appt for an U/S, you NEED and deserve an explanation. You need to know it's nothing, or if it's something. . . either way, answers are paramount.

Try and relax tonight, sleep on your left side.
