So I put my Combi Twin Sport in the trunk of my SUV

The infant car seats take up the whole rear seat, the Combi takes up the entire trunk and DH takes up the passenger seat. How can we go grocery shopping like this? Where do we put an entire week's worth of formula, distilled water, and food?????????? I have a Ford Escape and the only way to fit the stroller is to lay it widthwise, which leaves no room unless we pile the groceries on top of the stroller, but then we can't make a stop at Target too cause all the groceries will fall out.

Yes, I realize this is my excuse to get a bigger truck :silly: but I don't want to. I want to make this work....and I know some of you do it with much smaller cars!

I put groceries on top....sorry it's not what you wanted to hear! :p

I unload the kids, put the stroller in first, then pile food on top. Hence I only make one stop at a time, because usually they'd be melting down by a second stop anyways! lol!

We have to make more then one stop and have had this problem in the past. We lay the stroller across the groceries making sure that it's on the boxes of diapers and wipes or hard things and not on the soft crushable stuff  So we unload the groceries and then the stroller with the kids. We've also put the stroller under the kids feet in the back and that has helped too. GL!
