So hot at night

It is becoming very warm at night here. I am noticing that when the boys need to eat they are sweating. I am using Halo Sleep Sacks that have the velcro swaddles. I have been trying to get them out of the swaddles at night, but they wake themselves with their hands/arms, so I tuck them back in.

What can I do? They are so hot. The boys do not seemed bothered by it, but I am.

An easy way to cool down a room is with a cool air vaporizer.

 

We run our air to keep the house cooler, right now at about 67, once they get a bit older we'll turn it back to our normal 62/63 at night. All my kids (and us as well), sleep better when it's nice and cool

We used to just put our boys down in a diaper or a little t-shirt onesie instead of pajamas when it was hot and they were still swaddled.

 

Are they wearing anything under the sleep sacks?

No there are only wearing their diapers. The ceiling fan is running at full speed! The AC is on.

 

We used the fleece sleep sacks in the winter and the cotton ones in the summer. In the summer time we used a short sleeve onesie for underneath the sleep sacks.
