So far what has been different with your singleton pregnancy?

I swear, my twin pregnancy was easier! I had hardly no morning sickness, and didn't get so tired so easily. I guess thats because I wasn't running after two toddlers though.

This time around I have had lots of morning sickness, thank goodness that ended ;) and I have had dizzy spells, and lots of fatigue!

On the plus side I was able to wear my regular clothes until recently. :)

I think that having a child (or two) while you are pg always makes things more difficult. My twin pg was way harder than my first...and not just because it was twins...also b/c I had to take care of my toddler. This pg started out a lot harder than either of the other two. But I had a lot of bleeding and cramping for the first 12 weeks... so it was really hard, physically and emotionally. Now that things have become stable this is feeling super easy compared to the twins (which is what I had been banking on when we decided to get pg in the first place!!) I'm definitely bigger at this phase than I was with my first...but not nearly as big as I was with the twins. I'm "comfortably" pg right now. A little heartburn here and there....some bh ctxs... But neither as horribly dramatic as they were with the twins. I don't think I realized how hard my twin pg was until I could compare it back to another singleton pg. I'm really hoping that adjusting to life with one infant will feel super easy compared to twinfancy!

Count me in on that as well! I hope the nights aren't as rough as they were with the twins!

Nothing has been different, except I did get sick once, but that was the morning of my sister's wedding and I really think it was a lot of stress. I think this pregnancy has been slightly more complicated with low progesterone issues, but it's really not that big of a deal.

Heather, by the way, you're nuts to be thinking that at the moment. LOL.

Awwww... Heather, I don't think you are nuts.... I think that whenever we do decide to be done that part of me will still feel sad about it no matter how many kids we have! Right now my new vision is 5 kids...but dh is really grappling with the issues of permanent b.c. He's just not convinced anymore that it's the right thing to do. I'm trying not to freak out too much on that one!!! I think eventually he would want to be done...he just hasn't been pushed to that edge yet. The twins very nearly pushed him there when just after they were born he offered to go get a V, when we were sure this was "it"... Now I think he feels too much like a pro..surviving twinfancy and getting into the easier years... He just needs another reality check! LoL!
