I didn't have hormone trouble like this with E&E but I am a wreck this time. I am crying about everything. Nothing helps. Any suggestions? I feel like I cannot go anywhere because I will start crying.

I too have gone through the 'can't stop crying" thing, and when I have gotten that way, I would get a good cry movie to get the crying out. So maybe you can try to snuggle up to a warm blanket, a cup of cocoa, and cry with a movie.

I've gotten pretty emotional this time around. Was crying earlier when I was reading the girls their bedtime story. I was so touched that I couldn't finish it! :hug99:
As a therapist I need to say though that although being more emotional is normal for many women while pregnant if you feel this is interfering with your everyday life, your relationships or seems to be more you think is acceptable maybe it would be a good idea to get some support/ counseling. Expecting another baby although a happy event needs some adjusting to.

:hug99: I've had days (sometimes weeks) like that this time around as well. I think it usually happens with a hormone surge or something on top of the fact that I'm taking care of twin 2 year olds by myself. My answer is usually getting caught up on some sleep.

I almost cried the other day whan C and C were acting up at gym, but what get's me is that I cried because I felt like crying. Crying is so not me that when I get that feeling, I make it worse. Sorry you are feeling this way... HUGGS!!
