So Adorable!

    My boys are almost 4 years old now. Today after their bath, they were drying themselves off with their hooded bath towels and Kiefer decided he wanted to become a butterfly.

    He asked me so seriously if I wanted to see him become a butterfly.

    Of course I said, "Yes."

    While explaining every part of a cocoon opening and a butterfly coming out and so on, he then wrapped himself up in his towel with his head in the hooded part and made himself really small on the floor wrapped up in a ball. Then he slowly rose up then with small quick wiggles, he flapped his arms. As he continued to rise up, he flapped his arms more. Then he finally stood up straight with his arms as wide as possible and announced he's a butterfly with beautiful wings.

    AWWWW!

    For the next 5-10 minutes, Kiefer and Cameron were cocoons opening and becoming butterflies. They were so proud of themselves too.
