Will the Chicco infant car seats fit onto a snap-n-go? I really like the infant seats and was wondering if we really need a snap-n-go or can I just use a regular stroller.

    Thanks for the input.

It is not officially compatible, but yes it does. You have to remove the 3 thin metal bars. It fits perfectly safe/sturdy that way. You strap the belts through the side slots of the Chicco keyfit 30 car seat. It works out great!

I had the Graco car seats and used the snap n go, so I don't know about the Chiccos. However, the snap n go comes with a bunch of attachments, so it might work. I would also assume you could look on their web page to see what they are compatible with.

As far as the use of the snap n go, you will really appreciate it if you can afford to have two strollers. I still use my double stroller, but was very sad when I couldn't use the snap n go anymore b/c DS grew out of his infant car seat.

We have the Chicco Key Fit 30 and yes they fit, when we intially tried them in the store it didnt seem to fit well, but once we got it all home it works fine. Just like PP said just need to play around with the various bars they send with it.

I have my twins in Chicco seats and I went through 3 different strollers until I found one that fits both seats. The Kolcraft Contours is huge but it fits the seats nicely. I COULD NOT get the Chiccos to fit tight in the snap and go. I called Chicco and Keyfit and was told that they were not compatible and that the Chicco seats didn't pass safety tests in the snap and go. Chicco told me they were in the process of developing a double snap and go but that it wouldn't be out until the end of this year.
Here's a pic of my Contours with both carseats. http://addisonandriley.blogspot.com/2008/1...f-stroller.html

We had a snap n go, but never ended up using it. We just use the Graco Duoglider.

I would totally go for the Contours. I bought it after I already had a snap and go, and didn't realize it basically could function as a snap and go! It would have saved me $100 bucks that I spent on the snap and go. Its a great stroller, but it is big and heavy. The directions say it does not take 2 Chiccos, so I was glad to see someone was able to make that work. I put 2Chiccos in the SNG, like others said you just wedge them in there and they are very secure. One other thing about the Contours, the store and the directions say you have to take one regular seat out to fold it, but if you have both seats facing each oher and in the full upright position, you can still fold and latch it, but it doeas make it heavier! GL!
