Sleeping quick qeustion

    Sophie hasnt been well for the last 2 days, she has been throwing up and generally being sad. I put them both down for a nap at 1.30 today and they are both still not up. Should i go wake them or do i leave them with sophie being ill. I know if i go get jack itll wake her up anyways so im tempted to just leave them. what do you all think? x

    when my girls are sick like that I let them take a nap as long as they need.

    Hope she feels better!!

    If she's sick and really sleepy, maybe she'll sleep through you getting Jack? Otherwise, I'd just leave them then, she probably really needs to sleep to heal!!

    I would leave her too. It sounds like she needs her sleep right now. :(
