Santa was going to bring the girls sleeping bags for Christmas. But he is having a hard time finding cute ones without shelling out $70+ at Pottery Barn or Company Kids. I, uh, he was hoping to get some ideas here about where to look next.

Santa appreciates it very much! :smilie_xmas_116:

Check out Lillian Vernon, Walmart, or Target.

ETA: I mean tell Santa to check them out.

I also saw that Sears had character ones on sale in store for 9.99 (Disney characters) and Walmart had some Tinkerbell and Princess ones in store for $9. I am hoping to pick up some at Sears on Wednesday.

If you do Lillian Vernon, I think I have a 10% off code.

I wish Lillian Vernon had more than 5 to choose from. I would really like to get the personalized. WHY does Pottery Barn have such cute stuff at crazy prices??

In the Lillian Vernon Catalog they have 8 sleeping bags pictured. If you look in the online catalogs, in the Lilly Kids one on page 33 they show the other girl ones that are available, then I think you can either call in or do an online catalog order. The link to the catalogs is at the top of the page.

I saw some cute ones in the LL Bean Catalog last night but can't remember how much there were.

I looked them up and they are $39 for the kids ones and you can have them monogrammed

SLeeping bag at Gander Mtn. I think it is on sale, but it is $39.99 I think right now. There are two different colors for sleeping bags for kids. The other one is green. These are kids mummy bags and my kids have them. They are soooo great!!! Well worth it, especially for that price!

Can you believe how much sleeping bags cost these days? Were they always this expensive? I wanted to get some for my girls, too, but couldn't find any cute ones reasonably priced. Good luck, Brandy, I hope you find some good deals!! PBK does have some really cute things, but I can only afford their stuff when it goes on clearance, and sleeping bags never do.

I can't believe it! :shok: I don't think they were ever this expensive. I know I had a New Kids on the Block :)wub:) one and maybe a Barbie one too and now $40 & $50 seems the norm.

I seen sme really cute ones at Target that came with a flash light and something else. I think Walmart had the same deal! One of the stores (might be target) had a sleeping back and a tent and flashlight as a package. I was going to get a sleeping bag for each of them bu we with with a ready best that included a sleeping bag for $20.00

Amy & Sarah got sleeping bags for their birthday last month -- I got them at Amazon, but they were the same Coleman ones I saw at Target. I got two slightly different ones (based mostly on price), but this was one of them:

    http://www.amazon.com/Coleman-Girls-Catnap-Sleeping-Bag/dp/B000M9MGXS/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=sporting-goods&qid=1259773629&sr=1-3

Amazon has it for $21.99, though they say the list price is $29. Good luck!

I picked up the Disney ones at Sears this AM. They had Cinderella, Tinkerbell, Cars, Toy Story, Hannah Montana and maybe High School Musical, too. They were $9.99.
