So the first month all I wanted to do was sleep. And I know I am on the restless side because of bed rest and all, but I am so freaking tired, but can't sleep. If I do it is for maybe an hour or two, and then I am up for another 6 and blah blah. I didn't feel to well today, so when I got home I laid down (I had to get clothes that fit and register) and I know I am not suppost to be on my feet that long, but they said it was ok if I felt alright. So I laid down, and dinner just seems to make me feel worse, so my husband wrapped it up for me for tomorrow, and I slept for an hour, and have been up ever since. This has been going on for a few weeks now with the sleep. Any advise to help? I used to have to take pills to sleep but that was a long time ago, and only took them when I hadn't slept for a few days, and I can't take anything to help me sleep now, so what can I do? I am at a loss. I get horrible headaches because I'm so tired but still no sleep. :(

Have you tried benadryl? It sometimes helps me to sleep. I am sorry. It is miserable to be so tired. Hang in there, Lisa

Tylenol PM also helps with headaches and to put you to sleep.

Yes - I've had horrible sleep issues the entire pregnancy!

The ingredients in Tylenol PM are Tylenol and Benedryl, and it is cheaper to just buy it separately, so that's what I did! Benedryl did help me!

HAve you tried just a simple cup of chamomile and warm bath? this always helped me, and helped with my pelvic pain, too.

I am one of those ppl that absolutly hate tea, or anything remotly tasting like tea or coffee. So no chamomile tea for me. I have tried baths, warm milk, cold milk, watching infomercials, ha. Still hasn't worked. :(
