Hope you have a good sleep ... we didnot = ( so I'm looking for suggestion to improve ours:

Our girls only go back to sleep when they wake up after midnight if one of us sleep in the room with them or let her goes to our bed. How did you handle this ? I dont want to fight them on their wishes after midnight much as we are all wanting some sleep, but this interupt our sleeps ...

Thanks much for the feedbacks always!

I let my kids crawl in bed with me. I get more sleep if I just give in. Half the time I don't even know that they are in bed with me until I wake up in the morning. After 15 years I learned to just sleep through them crawling over me.

They sleep with me. They sleep with each other until around the time I go to bed and usually about that time they both land in my bed. We all get a lot more sleep.

I agreed with pps. It's hard to train them now at this age. It could be easier when they were little. However, u can do it but it requires a lot of effort and energy. You just have to be consistent and tough.

My kids sleep in their own beds. But sometimes, if she/he got nightmare, she/he will run into our bedroom look for me. Sometime I put them back to their beds. But if they are so scared, then I just let them sleep in our bed. They prefer their own beds though. We went through a lot of sleep trains the first 1.5 yrs. it was painful, but now all worth it.
