Size 2 shoes at 12 months?

My girls just turned one and they are still wearing size 2 shoes, at least in Target shoes. In robeez they are wearing 0-6 months. Anyone else have kids with tiny feet? I keep thinking it might be hard for them to cruise and practice walking with such small feet! Maybe they will hit a growth spurt?

Both of mine had small feet, I believe DD was in a size 2 or 3 at 12 months and DS in a 3.

I always wondered if it had anything to do with being later walkers. DS walked at 15.5 months, and DD not until 17.5 months.

 

Jessy had size 2 1/2's at 12 months Jazz(Jazz walked with size 3 1/2 feet) had size 3 1/2's, shortly there after they really grew! I bought shoes for them at 15 months and they are size 4 and 6! Jazzy has big feet!

 

Both of my girls were just getting into size 3 after their first bday. We just got up to size 4 when we went shopping the other day for new clothes.

 

My girls are 16ish months corrected and they are in size 3- their feet are actually a little small for 3s. Gotta love baby feet

 

My kids have pretty small feet -- at 13 months, Amy was a 2 and Sarah a 3. (I think they may be a 3 & 4 now.)

Amy is a champion walker (started just before her birthday, is now running & climbing), so I don't think having small feet has hurt her! However, I do have trouble finding "new walker" shoes. Our local kids' shoe store that sells the brands like Pedoodles, Preschoolians, See Kai Run, etc., barely has anything in a 3, let alone a 2. So I buy her shoes at Target too. But I try to put her in Robeez as much as possible since Target shoes are not very flexible -- I think those tiny sizes are meant for infants, not for new walkers.

 

Both my DD's are size 2 and are 11 months old. We tried on an adorable pair of size 3 that their daddy bought the other day and still too big

 

My dd has small feet. SHe is 15 months and size 3 feet.
