What sippy cup does everyone like?

My favorite starting out, are the Nuby sippies. After a few months, the kids learn that they can bang the nozzle on the floor and they leak out! So, then I switched to hard nozzle sippies, I use every kind.

We started with the Nuby. They leaked and I got so annoyed until my sister came over the other day and told me I was not lining up the the plastic part up with the piece they suck from correctly. In the mean time, I had tried Advent and Playtex and Now we are sticking with playtex. They are working well. I think the Nuby cup is good for beginners because it seems easy for them to suck.

:good: These I found are the only ones they will allow to even touch their precious mouths! We aren't using them regularly but they have been the best for us. Good luck!

I always liked Gerber and Playtex. Nuby ones leak BIG time, and I finally threw the last one away (in anger of course ;)). LOL

I started out using the Nubby brand but I got sick of them leaking everywhere. We use the Playtex and I've been very happy with them. No leaks :D

We started with the Playtex with handles and love them. I recently bought my girls new sippies, they are the ones with a straw and they are now their new favorite. :)

Two questions---when should you start trying sippy cups and how to you get the Nuby cups NOT to leak?

I started giving them sippies at 5 months, they already knew how to use them. They would grab at our glasses, put them to their mouths and try to drink. As you can imagin they had the water all over them :)

We use the Nuby straw sippies. The babies love them, but they leak!

Mine first used the Nuby as well. Like the others, I changed after the ridiculous leaking. They are currently trying to learn from the Gerber.

Right now we are using the Nuby but they only get cups in their high chairs so not really a problem with leakage yet. I'm hoping they will take a different one as they get older b/c I don't want spills all the time.

We use the nuby two-handle sippy cup. Ours hasn't leaked yet and the girls LOVE them. The directions on mine say to line up the sipper spout inbetween 2 dots that are on the top. So far so good!

I just bought the straw Nuby's and they leak if you tip them over - or if they get thrown by the babies!

I use Playtex ones with the handles and just pull out the filter for a faster flow. I did the same with our Avent cups. I have a couple of Gerber Sip n Smiles which are nice because they are already kind of tipped. Let's see, I think I have a couple of bigger cups that have Winnie the Pooh...can't remember who makes them, but a little tougher to get liquid out of.

I am also DONE experimenting with cups and just want one that they will use on their own that doesn't leak!!! $%#&(#*
