My twins and I got the stomach flu early Wednesday morning (xmas eve) and then my 3 yr old got sick on xmas morning (throwing up only), well his bday is this Sunday (my 3 yr old) and he is feeling perfectly fine, and i'm feeling great and so is my twin girl, but it's my twin boy who has diarrhea only. He isn't throwing up and acts very normal and super active. I was wondering what you all thought about having my twin boy around everyone at the party with him having some diarrhea. Don't want to pass this to anyone at all!! His diarrhea seems to be getting better but he still has some. And I really want to give my almost 3 yr a bday party with out cancelling out.

    Thanks for your help!

If all he has is the diarrhea, I would Lysol the house like crazy and still have the party!! :birthday:

I agree with the pp's and wouldn't want to ruin the birthday party for your 3 year old.... but.... I would let everyone know that your family just went through a bout of something so they are aware. Some kids may have weaker immune systems or some parents may not want to expose them during the holiday seasom to anything... I know I have a friend that won't go to Chuck E. Cheese or mini-putt or the like until spring as there are too many germies right now. This way they can make up their minds to come or not and remember to was hands a bunch if they do! By the way, if I heard this from a friend having a party I would consider it a very nice courtesy.. and I would be there in that situation you described!
Take care and have a fun day!
