shoes for us preggos!

So if y'all are anything like me you've got swollen feet that wont fit into anything but flip flops (plus im a Florida girl and wear flip flops/sandals year round). Anyway bc of the pregnancy and the EDS I've been having back issues and knee issues too. My mom found these sandals by orthaheel, kind of Birkenstock looking but they're so supportive and comfortable and when I wear them the pain/issues become far less! I know mom ordered mine from qvc, so you might be able to go to the qvc website too, I have to say they're well worth the money!!

 

It's so good to have good shoes... especially while pregnant. Glad to hear you got some you like. I am wearing some Keets men's sandals now and like the Merrell shoes too. : )
