    Hi all,

We have been using Robeez and the Robeez style shoes from target which are perfect for in the house and when I go to run errands. Our tile floors are still pretty cold so they have to wear socks and since they are starting to stand up and cruise a bit, I have to put shoes on them so they don't slip. Now that the weather is warming up, I'm starting to take them in the back yard. We have a nice size concrete patio and they love to be in the walkers and be all over. However, it is destroying their shoes. The leather is peeling off and I can't keep going out to buy more of these shoes. So what other kinds of shoes can I be putting on them that are comfy and good for their feet? As I said, they are not walking yet but they are pulling up and standing up and cruising a bit now. TIA

I just bought some sandals yesterday at target by osh kosh.....they have a really flexible sole but have tread on the bottoms which I thought would work great for my kids since they aren't walking yet either but standing and cruising still. They were around 10 dollars a pair....so if they don't work out I'm not out a ton of money.

preschoolians!! They have a 40% twin discount, just send them a picture of your twins. Very flexible shoes, but still offer protection for their toes and the soles of their shoes Check it out. We bought 2 closed toe sandal type shoes for M&T. I've used wiggees also, they have tread on the bottom but are robeez style.. I like preschoolians better though.

We just got our first Preschoolians. I haven't put them on yet, but they definitely have a sole. Also, 3 different inserts for small, normal, wide feet. That's pretty cool.

Oh, and that discount rocks. :)

There's another brand call Pediped, which seem to be a bit more sturdy than the Robeez. I haven't bought any yet (kinda spendy), I'm waiting till we start spending a little more time outside. Which should be very soon! I've also seen another kind online called Bobux, but I haven't seen them in person so I don't know how they would stand up to the concrete.

We have a few pairs of Pedipeds. They are very sturdy. Be careful if ordering online size-wise. DD has a tiny foot and I recently ordered size 6-12 months since she is 14 months. I had to return them via mail to get the 0-6 size which fit great.

The babies are comfy in them and they are cute shoes. But I don't think we will use them much past the summer since they are not hard-soled.

FWIW, Bobux (at least the ones I have) are identical to Robeez. But I guess the company might make more styles that I'm not aware of.

I love Preschoolians! They have 3 different sole thicknesses: for crawlers, walkers, and runners. All 3 are soft and flexible. The styles are really cute and you get a 40% discount for twins.

We have Vans slipons that are great! You can find them at the Van's outlets as well.

Preschoolians are great! They even have shoes with outdoor soles that fit my little one who still wears a size 4 at 21 months.

I've been getting them from their Ebay store which has worked out well except that the selection is limited. I'm very excited to learn about their discount for twins.
