She cries at bed time every night

My DD cries every night when I put her down.. I know she is tired (rubbing eyes, lays down in floor ect) every single night she cries herself to sleep...I could rock her but she just fights me and the sleep the whole time. Nap time no problem but bed time horrible...

anyone have this issue and what do you do?

 

Could she be over tired by the time bedtime comes, have you tried changing bedtime a little?

I was thinking about that but she goes to bed at 7:30 and sleeps til 7am Im not sure what to do

 

I had that problem with one of my boys. He would not lay down and would just scream. If I tried to bring him downstaris he would just run around. Laying down with him would work occasionally. Finally I started closing the door on their room. Not all the way because the other needs the light from the hallway. It was amazing how just leaving him like that stopped this problem. He was quiet by the time I got downstairs.

 

Honesty, mine fuss at night since they just simply dont want to sleep. They are good at calming themsleves. i think it may be a phase and it will stop. I just ordered a lighted star disco ball type thing...that rotates, etc. They are very interested in the sky right now, airplanes, stars, the sun, etc. I think something like that, maybe may help? Im hoping it helps sooth mine. I just dont think they want the day to end!!

My thoughts as well. Eventually they will fall asleep. I guess its kinda like doing CIO with older kids.
