Sharing illnesses

So we just dealt with our first colds , but basically one passed it to the other, is there any point of trying to keep them away from each other or is it just inevitable that they will pass things one to another?

 

I look at it as completely unavoidable. My two are together all the time. They even still sleep in the same bed. I don't really make much effort to keep them apart when one is sick. Building their immune systems I guess!

 

Yeah it's pretty inevitable. I have 4 kids and when I just had the older two it was almost a guarantee if one was sick, the other got sick too.

Yep, unavoidable here as well, for the most part. As they have gotten older, sometimes one gets a cold and the other doesnt but that doesnt happen every time.

I have never been able to avoid it, and have given up trying. Just don't tell my Ped who still tells me if I wash my hands between touching them I can stop transmitting germs. :aggressive: I guess he's never seen one "share" what they are eating by taking some of their favorite food out of their mouth and putting it in the other one's mouth before I can stop it... :rotflmbo:
